Lavender honey and roasted coffee

Preparation with lavender honey harvested on the Valensole plateau in Provence and Fazendas Dutras coffee from Brazil roasted in Marseille by Deep Coffee Roasters.

To accompany the chocolate and hazelnut notes of Fazendas Dutra coffee, we have chosen a lavender honey with a flowery and vegetal flavor.

A gourmet spread to enjoy simply on a slice of bread or brioche, with crepes, pancakes, yogurt. It is also possible to use it in savory dishes, as an ingredient.
