Vegetal, flowery, fruity, woody, malty: each honey is different and
brings its own flavor, its own notes, its own texture. When tamed, honey becomes a source of inspiration and creativity. It is from this perspective that we imagine technical and surprising preparations, inspired by modern cuisine.
Two food lovers, Anna and Benjamin, who love to discover, try and surprise. All our preparations are made in our workshop using personally sourced ingredients: we want to take the most direct route from the terroir to production.
