DE LA ROSÉE is a multidisciplinary creative studio founded
by Anna Huchet and Benjamin Beaussant.

Coming from the world of design and graphic art, we are building a unique and poetic universe, using cuisine as a narrative medium. Our work is shaped by both precision and intuition, informed by our travels and our perspective on contemporary cultures. It is at once sensory and thoughtful, gradually forming a language that reflects who we are.

We conceive culinary creations — pastries, beverages, edible objects — imagined as forms in their own right. Each project becomes a formal and sensitive exploration, extended through art direction and visual production, where concept and image respond to one another.

Alongside our studio practice, we develop a confidential line of artisanal honey-based preparations, continuing our exploration of transformation.
