Mountain honey and aji lemon chili

Preparation with mountain honey harvested in the Hautes-Alpes and "Aji Lemon" chili pepper - also called Lemon Drop - grown in France. In collaboration with Matshi, the hot sauce by The Social Food.

Aji Lemon is a fairly hot pepper with a citrus and lemon flavor. We associated it with fir honey with notes of candied fruit and maple syrup. A very balanced marriage that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of aji Lemon pepper.

To be used as a topping on cheese, pizza, pies and toast. But also for dessert with ice cream, whipped cream, cottage cheese or fruit.
