Oak Smoked : forest honey harvested in the Vosges, cold smoked with oak wood.

Lemon Drop : mountain honey harvested in the Hautes-Alpes and Lemon Drop chilli peppers grown in France.

Black Garlic : chestnut honey harvested in the Périgord and black garlic from our production.

All these preparations can be used to accompany meats, roasted vegetables, cheeses, as a condiment after cooking. Suggestions for use are available in the recipes tab.
