**introduction :
If you are one on one, the honey will dissolve by patiently stirring it in the shaker with the gin and lemon before shaking. If you have several to make or are in a hurry, prepare a honey syrup in advance by heating equal parts of the honey in water until completely dissolved. The honey syrup can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
In a shaker, add the gin, lemon juice and linden honey and yuzu preparation. Mix with a spoon until the honey dissolves. Add the ice cubes then shake.
Serve immediately.
You can lengthen it a little with sparkling water for a refreshing long drink version.
