Preparation with lavender honey harvested on the Valensole plateau in Provence and kaffir lime produced and harvested in France by Lemon Story.

The combava zest has a citrus taste that also evokes lemongrass and ginger. We use fresh fruit that we prepare before assembly. The flowery notes of lavender honey bring the necessary balance to this combination.

The honey-citrus marriage is a classic for many cooking enthusiasts, here is our reinterpretation in a spreadable version.

Kaffir lime

This preparation is the fruit of our encounter with Marion from Lemon Story, a family plantation of rare citrus fruits located near Hyères in the south of France. Kaffir lime, yuzu, caviar lemon, Meyer lemon other citrus fruits, all grown in sustainable agriculture.



Kaffir lime is a citrus fruit native to Indonesia that looks like a lime but has a very grainy skin. Its leaf and zest, with intense and very fragrant tastes, are widely used in Asian cuisine.
