Fruity, tangy, vegetal, unroasted cocoa beans reveal their natural flavors. For balance, we have selected a chestnut honey that brings depth and a little bitterness. A complex and gourmet spread that offers another approach to cocoa.
For raw cocoa, we collaborate with Terre de Fèves, an organic bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Vannes, France.
