Ingredients
Spread the burrata, opened, on a plate. Drizzle with smoked forest honey, sprinkle with thyme or rosemary. Add a few flowers of African garlic, or chopped chives and finish with a pinch of salt.
Prepare slices of bread, quite thick, which we will toast. Then cut each slice to form bread sticks for dipping.
**note :
the African garlic flower is also called Tulbaghia. Its flower has a pronounced garlic taste, like its stem. It grows quite easily and can be used to decorate plates for most of the year.
