DE LA ROSÉE is a craft project and a creative food studio, a two-faceted initiative co-founded by Anna Huchet and Benjamin Beaussant.

In our workshop, we imagine and produce unique culinary preparations for everyday cooking. Honey is at the heart of our work: when tamed, it reveals richness and nuances that open up other perspectives. Over time, we have developed precise techniques to work with it and offer a new approach. All our products are made in an artisanal way, by hand, from ingredients from our sourcing or our own production. We want to take the most direct path from the terroir to the workshop.

Alongside our own history, our creative studio allows us to share those of others. Through visual productions, culinary events or global strategies, we offer solutions adapted to the needs of our customers, with a commitment to maintaining a human and authentic approach. These two activities complement and enrich each other. Our daily work in the workshop allows us to better understand the expectations of our partners for the studio's projects, while each new encounter inspires us with new ideas.
