In our workshop, we imagine and produce unique culinary preparations for everyday cooking. Honey is at the heart of our work: when tamed, it reveals richness and nuances that open up other perspectives. All our products are made in an artisanal way, by hand, from ingredients from our sourcing or our own production. We want to take the most direct path from the terroir to the workshop.
