Lemon Drop is a fairly hot pepper with a citrus and lemon flavor. We associated it with mountain honey with notes of candied fruit and maple syrup. A very balanced marriage that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of Lemon Drop chilli pepper.

To be used as a topping on cheese, pizza, pies and toast. But also for dessert with ice cream, whipped cream, cottage cheese or fruit.
