Roasted peaches

Pêches rôties


  • one yellow peach per person
  • brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • honey and chilli preparation
  • vanilla ice cream

    1° / Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits. You can choose to peel them too, according to your tastes.

    2° / Brush the flesh parts with olive oil before placing the peaches in a suitable dish. Sprinkle a little brown sugar..

    3° / Bake for 15min in a preheated oven at 190°C. After 15min, take out the dish and add about a teaspoon of honey and chilli preparation to each peach. Bake again for 15 minutes.

    4° / When it comes out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey and chilli preparation.
